PLM system to one of Northern Europe's biggest concerns of electronics
After an intensive implementation period of eight months the concern has succeded in describing, improving and configurating a large part of procedures and data being used in development and sourcing of highly complicated electronic equipment.
The cooperation is characterised by a highly dedicated effort from the customer’s side with Minerva as a sparring partner and guarantor for the implementation of ‘best in class’ procedures, and on the whole to implement ‘best practice’ business processes to the new system.
All things considered, this was a very successful implementation project – on time on budget!!!
