LEAN:accounting is an intensive two-day workshop that clarifies the problems of traditional financial control and shows the benefits of lean accounting. The content of Lean accounting will be concretized and we will look at your company's transition as a basis and application of lean accounting.
The workshop is a combination of theory and practical exercises that will allow you to work with the tools.
The workshop addresses financial managers, controllers, production managers and directors – all with a strategic responsibility and production knowledge - who will get tools that are all directly applicable in their own companies.
The price for the 2-day workshop participation is DKK 7.900, exclusive of Danish VAT and including lunch etc. during the workshop.
