Demand Flow® Technology
To lead the global competition manufacturing companies have to maintain a constant focus on improving speed and response time. It is essential that supply chains and production environments become highly flexible and are able to handle a wide variety of products and volume. Plants have to maintain a high quality level and continuously reduce waste.

The method is called Demand Flow® Technology (DFT) and has proven its worth in more than 3200 manufacturing companies. No philosophical concepts but concrete instructions and methods on how to arrange and improve your production. In short, you will get tools for improving your company's competitive position.
Business Strategy Workshop
The workshop is 4 intensive and inspiring days, which will give you methods, systems and tools that all transform your business into being Demand Flow® manufacturing.
With more than 85.00 participants around the world, this workshop might be one of the most attended lean workshops. The workshop is a combination of theory and practical training in changing a production line to Demand Flow®.
By means of this unique hands-on concept you and your fellow trainees will have proof of this method and you will get the tools to work with when you get back.

Instructors with several years' experience with DFT implementation around the world will be responsible for the training which will therefore be held in English.
The workshop addresses managers and specialists who are engaged in production, logistics, planning and lean – and to all who stride to boost their company's performance.
