Rooting of methods and results is paramount for a successful transformation of your business into being Demand Flow® controlled. The challenge is to ensure sufficient expert knowledge from project supervisors and change agents in order for you to be able to run an implementation of the new methods often in complex production environments and with many variations and volume variations.
This workshop is specifically designed for those company team members who implement Demand Flow® Technology. It is a condition that the participants have completed a successful DFT business strategy workshop.

Participation in the DFT Business Strategy Workshop will give you a solid technological foundation in regards to Demand Flow® production and participation in this following advanced Implementation Skills workshop will give you the skills to design and control a demand-driven mixed model Demand Flow® business.

Very experienced instructors with a long-term practical experience implementing DFT in industries around the world will hold the workshop. The workshop will be held in English.
This intense workshop is specifically designed for those company team members who have to implement and work hands-on with the DFT tools and are going to implement the methods on multiple “mixed model” product lines and/or complex processes and/or machines.
The price for this 3-day workshop is DKK 12.000, exclusive of Danish VAT. The price includes training material and lunch etc. during the workshop.
